1. General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1. From time to time we may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback and/or gifts (“promotions”). These promotions will be governed by these General Bonus Terms and Conditions (“General Bonus T&Cs”). Each specific promotion will also have their own customer terms and conditions outside of the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. By taking part in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses offered by Vegadream, you automatically consent to comply with our general bonus terms & conditions.
1.2. In case you intend to participate in a promotion or to receive some bonus offered by Vegadream , but does not properly understand how the promotion/bonus works, you should address Vegadream Customer support for clarification.
1.3. Vegadream reserves the right to add, remove or alter any of the promotional/bonus details or terms.
1.4. It is your responsibility to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments or updates. In case any alterations in terms and conditions take place, be it the general Terms and Conditions or the terms of a specific promotion, Vegadream will inform you.
1.5. We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version takes priority.
1.6. Offers are limited to one offer per Player (one offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method).
Vegadream reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being a duplicate. The original deposit made by the Player if applicable will not be confiscated and only the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus will be confiscated.
1.7. Unless otherwise stated, active Bonus must be wagered within 7 days of issue, otherwise both bonus funds & winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
1.8. When you take part in a promotion, both deposited funds and bonus funds become the “bonus balance”. If a bonus is active the wagering must be completed, or the bonus must be zeroed out, in order for a withdrawal to be made. The only exception will be if you wish to withdraw your deposit only, in which case the bonus funds and any winnings will be forfeited.
1.9. If you have decided not to participate in a promotion(s), you have already opted into, you must contact Vegadream Customer support and request cancellation of the bonus before placing any bets.
1.10. Unless otherwise stated, 20 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) is the minimum deposit to avail of promotions or bonuses.
1.11. You may not place any bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size while a bonus is active. The maximum bonus bet size is 4 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per bet/spin or equivalent, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of each bonus campaign. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the maximum bonus bet size. For cases where bets are deemed to have exceeded the maximum bonus bet size, an account may be reviewed, and the bonus funds confiscated in the process.
1.12. If you wish to make a withdrawal before meeting the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit your bonus winnings accrued, your bonus amount, and opt out of the promotion.
1.13. Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once they have been converted into real money.
1.14. When playing an active bonus, your funds will be used in the following order: Funds required to trigger the bonus, Bonus funds and Any remaining funds.
1.15. You can withdraw real money balance before satisfying bonus wagering, by doing so you will forfeit the funds in your bonus balance.
1.16. In case you run out of deposit money and the bonus money attached to it before fulfilling the wagering requirements, your account will be cleared from any remaining wagering requirements.
1.17. After wagering requirements are met, the deposit funds, bonus money and any winnings gained will become withdrawable real-cash money in your account.
1.18. Vegadream bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive).
▪ Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard to have been gained by misuse of the system.
▪ Ban such players from receiving further Bonuses
▪ Close the account
Abuse may include but is not limited to:
● Using multiple Account(s)
● Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us
● Wagering bonuses on excluded Games
● Co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source
● Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviours which amount to deliberate cheating
● Hiding IP addresses or using a VPNs
● Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements;
● Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure. on the built-up value during real-money play;
● Moving from bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clearing Wagering Requirements.
1.19. We may reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
1.20. We may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or to improve understanding and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer if required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
1.21. Vegadream reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at its own discretion at any time.
1.22. In case you failed to claim a deposit bonus, or forgot to do so, and intends to play with the bonus, you must contact Customer support prior placing any bets and ask to adjust your balance.
1.23. We reserve the right to audit your game play/transaction logs. You hereby consent in advance for us to do so. If, after an audit, it transpires that you participated, or attempted to participate, in a manipulative game strategy to take advantage from the bonus being rewarded to you from the casino, we hold the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your association with our website and/or block your account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your account other than your original deposit amounts.
1.24. Bonus money is free money intended to help you enjoy Vegadream ; it is not to be withdrawn once received. In order to prevent you from withdrawing your bonus funds instantly, Vegadream (as well as other casinos) requires so-called “wagering” of the bonus money. Wagering coefficient indicates the number of times you need to place the amount of bonus.
1.25. Participation in some promotions requires opting in. It can be done either by clicking on a link in the promotion on site / by email or by contacting the Customer support. You are free to opt out of receiving promotional newsletters at any time.
1.26. Bonus is in effect until bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled, all bonus money is lost or the bonus expire.
1.27. Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.
1.28. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or campaign at any given time.
1.29. We reserve the right to update the bonus terms and conditions at any time.
2. Specific promotions
2.1. Free Spins
2.1.1. For free spins credited with a deposit, a maximum winning withdrawal cap of 100 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).
2.2. Free Spins Without Deposit
2.2.1. For free spins credited without the need of a deposit, unless stated in the specific promo terms, a maximum winning withdrawal cap of 30 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). Unless otherwise stated, to withdraw winnings from free spins, you will be required to deposit a minimum of 10 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).
2.3. Cashback
2.3.1. In case of winnings resulting from playing with a no deposit / free money bonus / cash drop, the maximum withdrawal allowed is five times (x5) the bonus / Cash amount , There is a wager requirement of one time (1x) of the cash drop amount.
2.3.2. Accounts that are deactivated, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for cashback.
2.4. Instant Bonuses
2.4.1. From time to time, support agents might consider awarding free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill on a case by case scenario. In such cases and independently on the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 5 times the value of the original released bonus amount.
2.4.2. Unless stated in the individual promotional terms, the welcome bonus terms shall apply to all reload bonuses.
2.5. Welcome Offer
2.5.1. Welcome bonus is offered on the first 3 deposits ever made by players and is split into 3 deposit bonus:
● The first welcome bonus is a match bonus of 100% up to 550 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) + up to 100 Spins on Book of Dead (Play'n Go) or Book of Shadow (NoLimit City).

2.5.2. Free spins are credited based on deposit amount, for the following amounts:
● 20.00-50.00 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) generates 35 Free spins.
● 50.01-100 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) generates 70 Free spins.
● 100.01 + EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) generates 100 Free spins.
2.5.3. It's important to note that players might see and claim a welcome bonus that is different from the standard offer advertised on site. Generally, these welcome bonuses are promoted by affiliate sites with Vegadream Casino's permission. If players claim such 1st deposit offers they are not permitted to claim a second first deposit offer from other sections of the site. If this is discovered or allowed by a system glitch, the Casino reserved the right to close the player's account immediately.
2.5.4. For players with registered addresses in Finland, the Welcome Package ONLY includes Free Spins on the first three deposits made:
● Welcome Free Spins part 1: When the first deposit is made, the player will receive 20 Free Spins per day on the game Book of Dead (Play'n Go) for 5 days. The first 20 Free Spins will be credited 24 hours after the deposit is made.

2.5.5. The welcome bonus must be wagered in order to complete the wagering requirements. Should a player attempt to withdraw before wagering has been completed of the bonus, the bonus and any potential winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.
2.5.6. The Welcome Bonuses have following wagers.
● 1st bonus gives 100% match deposit for a deposit up to 550 EURO (or the equivalent in any other currency) and have a wager of (30x) only on the bonus amount.
● 2nd bonus gives 200% match deposit for a deposit up to 250 EURO (or the equivalent in any other currency) and have a wager of (25x) only on the bonus amount.
● 3rd bonus gives 300% match deposit for a deposit up to 200 EURO (or the equivalent in any other currency) and have a wager of (20x) only on the bonus amount.
2.5.7. The Welcome Package, whether Standard or Crypto, is available to players with any deposit at any time. Players can choose either the Crypto Welcome Bonus or the Standard Welcome Bonus for each deposit level, but not both for the same deposit.
2.5.8. If a player claims the Crypto Welcome Bonus for their first deposit, they cannot claim the Standard Welcome Bonus for that deposit. Likewise, if the Standard Welcome Bonus is claimed first, the Crypto Welcome Bonus for that deposit will no longer be available.
2.5.9. However, for each subsequent deposit where a bonus is available, players will again have the option to choose between the Crypto Welcome Bonus and the Standard Welcome Bonus.
2.5.10. Players can claim the Crypto Welcome Package directly from the deposit section when selecting a cryptocurrency payment method. This package consists of five deposit bonuses:

2.5.11. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to claim each Crypto Welcome Bonus.
2.5.12. The Crypto Welcome Bonus is subject to a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
2.5.13. The General Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to the Crypto Welcome Bonus.
2.6. Other Terms
2.6.1. The Welcome Offer can only be claimed once per player on any given machine being used for play at Vegadream Casino.
2.6.2. This offer is non-transferrable.
2.6.3. The minimum qualifying deposit for the Welcome Offer is 20 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency).
2.6.4. The 100% Match Bonus will be credited into the player account instantly upon making a qualifying deposit.
2.6.5. Different games and game types contribute towards fulfilling wagering requirements to different extents. For instance, if a game type delivers 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €1, €1 will count towards completion of the wagering.

2.6.6. We reserve the right to update this list and forfeit any winnings if bonus funds are wagered on these games.
2.6.7. The stake size on any game with a "bonus buy" or "feature buy" option will count as the total cost of the spin, not the stake or value of the game round the feature or bonus is played at. For example, Money Train at €1 stake, the bonus buy is 80x (€80) so the bet size for this round would be €80.
2.6.8. Although the wagering rules listed above are Vegadream Casino default wagering settings, player’s participation in certain promotions activates special wagering mode for these promotions’ bonus money. For example, table games, excluded from wagering by default, might become the only type of games eligible for wagering bonus money within special promotions for table games. Any promotion with an irregular wagering mode will have an accurate description of this mode in its terms and conditions.
2.6.9. Players from the following countries are not eligible to receive bonuses: Poland.
2.6.10. Should any user use a bonus with sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using practices as Bonus hunt and collecting bonus games to play them in specific time aimed at securing a cash out of said bonus, then Vegadream Casino will enforce condition number 1.23.
2.6.11. Any remaining bonus money from the Welcome Offer will be removed from a player account if a withdrawal is made before the wager is completed.
2.6.12. Players have 30 days to wager their Welcome Offer bonus. After 30 days, any wagered bonuses will be forfeit from the player account.
2.6.13. Not all payment methods are qualifying for bonuses. If eligible, when selecting the method in the cashier, the bonus will appear for selection. For further information, you can always contact our Customer Support.
2.6.14. Cash drop has a one-time (1x) wagering requirement. If the Cash drop is not used within 7 days, it will be forfeited from your balance.
2.7. Wager Free Bonuses
2.7.1. When playing with a wager free bonus offered by the casino, through a promotion/campaign or as a goodwill gesture from any member of the team, you are allowed a one-time withdrawal request (which will void the current bonus).In the case where funds remain in the balance, it will be considered as a win generated by your bonus and the bonus terms & conditions continue to apply.
2.8. Walk of Dreams
2.8.1. Players are accumulating points by making bets. We will consider 1€ to be 1 point from Level 0 to Level 9. And 1€ to be 0.25pt from Level 10 to Level 20.
2.8.2. Only real money bets are contributing to the collection of points.
2.8.3. The cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss. The calculation refers to members game activity from Sunday to Saturday and is paid out on Sunday morning at 05:00AM CET.
2.8.4. Cashback amount must be wagered at least once before being converted to real balance.
2.8.5. In order to receive cashback, player must have made at least one deposit during the week of the cashback + one bet during the calendar month.
2.8.6. Cashback can’t be combined with any other bonuses or promotions. If you have an active bonus no cashback can be earned until completion or failure of the active bonus or promotion is achieved.
2.8.7. The minimum cashback payout is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency). Maximum cashback payout per week is limited to 25% of the amount deposited during this week.
2.8.8. The cashback amount will be forfeited by 23:59CET on Sundays if not used.
2.8.9. If the player reaches a new level (Casino) during the current week, the new cashback percentage will start applying the following week.
2.8.10. From Level 10, players will be entitled to one weekly match bonus available on a single deposit of their choice. The match bonus will then be triggered at the same time the player has reached the level every week. The wagering of those match bonuses is 30 times the deposit + bonus amount.
2.8.11. Players who are entitled to a different cashback (ex: “VIP Cashback”) will not be entitled to Walk of Dreams cashback.
2.8.12. Vegadream reserves the right to deny a player cashback if there is a suspicion of fraudulent behavior.
2.8.13. Vegadream reserves the right to, at any given moment, cancel or change the cashback offer without further justifications.
2.8.14. Accounts that are deactivated, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for cashback.

2.8.16. Only bets made on slot games will contribute toward the point’s collection.
